BUZZ Live + Work is a proposed adaptive reuse project to redevelop 421 East Douglas Avenue in downtown Wichita in accordance with historic preservation guidelines. The property is a contributing building to the East Douglas Avenue Historic District.

The building long held A Legacy Antique Mall, which has since moved out as the owner has sought a joint venture redevelopment. Yellowbrick Urban has proposed a creative repositioning of the property -- 22 apartments, including eight micro units, added to the upper floors with the ground level divided into up to four retail/creative office suites centered around a shared event space and 21c-style art gallery lobby. 

The proposal is informed by in-depth market analysis, and crafted to exploit a market gap for low-price point downtown living in a creative, highly-amenitized community.
